Corporate Technology Services (CTS) was engaged by the CEO Institute to serve as the technical partner for their prestigious NSW CEO Summit, held in February 2024 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney. The summit featured a distinguished lineup of keynote speakers and panellists, including the Hon. John Howard, Christine Holgate, Susan Woods, Alex Wadelton, Paul Bloxham, and Matt Kratiuk.
As the technical partner for this high-profile event, CTS's services encompassed a broad range of technical responsibilities, including audiovisual management, videography, editing, technical directing, show calling, and overall technical oversight. These services proved to be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution and success of the NSW CEO Summit.

CEO Institute February Summit: Overview
The NSW CEO Summit is an annual event organised by The CEO Institute, providing a platform for CEOs to connect, learn, and share best practices. The 2024 theme for the summit was "Informed, Connected, Balanced" and showcased with valuable insights on market trends and current economic opportunities and challenges.

The CEO Institute is one of CTS’s valued clients, having provided them with various AV support services for a number of years. We were approached as the summit’s technical partner three months prior to the event due to our ability to handle complex logistics and create engaging, first-class experiences.
The CTS Approach
CTS's scope of work encompassed a wide range of technical responsibilities, demonstrating our commitment to providing world-class customer experiences. To ensure we upheld the high standards the CEO Institute prides itself on, we worked closely with them to develop our ‘technology brief’ summarising our plan of action in response as part of our initial stages of consultation.

After consultation and planning, CTS provided the following:
AV Production and Technical Management
• Content Design: Assisted in the design and curation of content displayed on the large LED wall.
• Presentation Coordination: Collected and organised the presentations delivered at the summit.
• Technical Direction and Operation: Show called and directed the event, operated the audio, vision mixing and video playbacks, and directed the hotel's in-house AV team for in-house moving and static lighting elements.
Videography services
• Production Setup: Strategically positioned cameras to capture the event's key moments.
• Presentation Recording: Recorded each speaker's presentation for subsequent editing and branding.
• Highlights Video: Produced a concise event highlights video, featuring interviews with members and guest speakers, which was shared on social media and the client's website.
CTS had 8 staff members organise, manage and operate the event, encompassing some of our most experienced professionals with decades of industry knowledge between them.

• Technical direction and coordination for an event attended by over 300 businesses and individuals
• Edited and branded videos of each presentation for distribution for CEO Institute members
• Event highlights video which was shared on both the CEO Institute’s and CTS’s social media accounts.
